Shipping Policies

All shipments are sent out FOB Red Deer, Alberta Canada and will be sent collect by your preferred courier. Please supply your courier account number.  Shipping to international locations will be the reponsiblity of the customer for all additional taxes and duties in thier respective countries. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders without a shipping account will be sent collect via Fed Ex. If you wish to have the shipment sent Pre Paid and Charged please phone and order from Customer Service.

Return Policy

We will not accept any goods for return without a customer service return authorization number and no goods will be accepted for return after 30 days from the original date of order and  must be in their original condition unwashed and unworn. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges due to incorrect sizing will not be charged a restocking fee however will be subject to additional charges if in a different size range from the original.
If we are responsible for over shipping or incorrect sizing, the goods may be retuned to us at our expense.

Backorder Policy

If you place an order and we are unable to fill the order all at once, we will partial ship and fill the rest when it becomes available. You will be charged for shipping the entire order at the time the original order is placed and the back ordered items will be shipped at no additional charge.

Damaged Goods Policy

Any garment found to have a manufacturers defect in the construction of the garment or defects in  fabric or findings may be returned within a 30 day period and  will be  repaired or  replaced at no additional cost to the customer. Under no circumstances will garments be replaced that have  been abused or sustained damages not considered normal wear by the manufacturer.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
